Marlon Byrd brings more than 35 years of public safety and security leadership to every engagement. His career spans law enforcement, corporate security, and executive advisory roles — giving him a rare, ground-level understanding of how security challenges actually unfold in the real world.
Throughout his career, Marlon has led security programs for organizations ranging from large corporations and healthcare systems to nonprofits and educational institutions. He has developed emergency preparedness plans, conducted hundreds of risk assessments, and advised boards and executive teams on security governance and risk management.
He founded BTM Security Solutions to make that depth of experience available to organizations that need it most — those that face real public safety and security challenges but cannot justify the cost of a full-time security executive. The fractional model is his answer to that gap.
